This policy covers the Lotto Scanner iPhone app and the website lottoscannerusa.com, both run by DS Maker LTD (Cyprus), the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

The app

There is no account and no sign-in. We never receive your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts or advertising identifier.

What stays on your iPhone: your tickets, their numbers and photos, scan images, your winnings and anything you export. Wins are worked out on your phone.

What the app sends to our server, only to work:

• A random install ID made on first launch, and the push tokens Apple gives the app, to send you results alerts and the draw-night Live Activity.
• The state you pick and your time zone, to show the right games and draw times.
• The games you follow and your alert settings, to know which alerts to send.
• For draws you hold tickets for: the draw and how many tickets, never the numbers, so the Live Activity and result alert go only to you.
• The app version and language, so our replies match your app.

None of this is linked to your identity, used for advertising or tracking, sold or shared with data brokers. The app has no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. Our server keeps a record of the notifications it sent to your install, to fix delivery problems. We do not store IP addresses; the server only keeps a scrambled version for one minute to stop abuse.

Purchases go through Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

Delete your data: in the app, open Settings, then Privacy, and tap the option to forget this iPhone. That deletes your install, its alerts settings, its draw records and its notification history from our server. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your iPhone.

The website

The website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The ticket checker and calculators work with what you type in your browser or in the page address; we do not store it. Our hosting providers (Hetzner in Germany, Cloudflare) process technical request data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete data about you, or complain to your data protection authority (in Cyprus, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection). Since we hold no name or email for app users, the in-app delete option is the fastest way.

Children

Lotto Scanner is for adults of legal lottery age in their state. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
