These terms cover the website lottoscannerusa.com and the Lotto Scanner iPhone app, provided by DS Maker LTD (Cyprus). The app is also licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Information only
We publish lottery results and tools for information. We work to keep every number right, but mistakes can happen. The official results of your lottery always win: check your ticket with your lottery or a retailer before you throw it away or act on it. We are not responsible for a prize you did not claim because of something shown here.
Not a lottery
We do not sell tickets, take bets or pay prizes, and we do not predict numbers. Statistics and number generators are for fun: every combination has the same odds. We are not affiliated with any lottery. Game names belong to their owners.
Lotto Scanner Plus
Plus is a subscription sold through Apple. It renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Apple handles payments and refunds.
Fair use
Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it or overload it. You may link to any page.
Liability
The site and the app are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, DS Maker LTD is not liable for indirect losses or for prizes, money or tickets lost. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of where you live.
