Prizes up to $600 can be claimed at any Virginia Lottery retailer (up to $600). Bigger prizes: A Virginia Lottery customer service center or prize zone (any amount), above that Virginia Lottery customer service center, Richmond (804-692-7000). You have 180 days after the draw to claim a draw-game prize. You must be 18 or older.
