Does Utah have a lottery?

No. Utah has no state lottery, so Powerball, Mega Millions and scratch-offs are not sold there. Players from Utah usually buy tickets in a neighboring state:

• Arizona
• Colorado
• Idaho
• Wyoming

Prizes are claimed in the state where the ticket was bought, under that state's rules.
