Bigger prizes: By mail or at a Lottery Area Office (9 AM-4 PM), above that Lottery headquarters in Middletown: jackpots and top prizes of Powerball, Mega Millions, Powerball Xs & Os, annuity prizes of Cash4Life, Millionaire for Life and scratch-offs (in person). You have 365 days after the draw to claim a draw-game prize.
